This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner herein to implead him as party respondent in the writ petition in W.P.No.28286 of 2021.

2. It is stated by the petitioner that he is owner of the property comprised in Survey Nos.17/4, 17/5, 17/14, 23/2 and 23/6 in Thirunagar Colony, Goundampalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk.

3. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents to commence developmental activities like laying of tar roads, sewage systems etc., in the area earmarked as public road in the above said layout.

4. Since the petitioner is claiming himself as owner of the above mentioned property, he shall be heard in the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the impleading petition is allowed.
