This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 325 days in filing petition to restore the C.R.P.No.3849 of 2017 dismissed for default on 17.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
