This petition has been filed seeking bail in Crime No.304 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 109, 351(3) and 324(4) of BNS.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was detained under the Goondas Act (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
