Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the statement of marks dated 25.01.2003 relating to the award of marks in the Internal Examination of the First Semester in respect of the paper viz Tort-General Principles and Specific Torts in so far as the petitioner Registration No:4619701 is concerned belonging to 1993-94 batch on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to award marks to the petitioner fairly and reasonably by awarding the 10 marks allotted to 'Home Assignment' cand Participation in class teaching, the 4 marks due for securing attendance 75 to 90% and reasonable marks for the 'Test' out of 10 marks.
