This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 17.10.2022 and restore the C.R.P.No.3850 of 2017 to file and hear the same on merits.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition is restored and this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
