This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8836 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed and the petitioner has not reported before the respondent police for 9 days.

3. Considering the said fact, anticipatory bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
