ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in the First Information Report registered in Crime No.77 of 2025 .

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 12.02.2025, the accused persons came entered the petitioner's work place, assaulted him, wrongfully restrained him, and threatened him with dire consequences. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a case has been registered on 24.07.2025 in Crime No.77 of 2025, no effective progress has been made in the investigation. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that investigation will be expedited and final report will be filed.

4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in a fair manner and file a final report expeditiously .

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
