Learned counsel appearing for Respondents 2 and 3 submitted that, pre-notice dated 24.08.2019 in Form No.I under Sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,1971, has already been issued to the Petitioner, and it has been served on her.

In such view of the matter, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy under the Act. The Petitioner is given two weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to reply to the Notice dated 24.08.2019. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
