This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the registered FIR in Crime No.75/GNT2/2017 under Sections 279, 338 and 337 of IPC pending on the file of the respondent to some other agency.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.75/GNT-2/2017 is pending for the period of three years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.75/GNT-2/2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.
