This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.206 of 2012. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court, on perusal of the records finds that the petitioner is the senior citizen aged about 66 years, therefore, the trial Court namely II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.206 of 2022 within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
