This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2019 to pay petitioner's increment for the last three years and arrears of increment and other Government benefits.
2.The case of the petitioner is that she is the staff nurse working at the Primary Health Center, at Mudalapatti, Namakkal District. While she was working in the Primary Health Center, the 4th respondent was harassing the petitioner. Hence, she made a representation to the 2nd & 3rd respondents to take action against the 4th respondent, but till date, her representation was not considered. Hence, this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider her representation dated 09.09.2019, within a reasonable time fixed by this Court to pay petitioner's increment for the last three years and arrears of increment and other Government benefits.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that they have already conducted enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2019 and passed orders.
Accordingly, prays for dismissal of the same.
5.Considering the above submissions and also the considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2019 was considered by the respondents, nothing survives in this petition.
6.Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, liberty is granted to her to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
