When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/management and the learned counsel appearing for the respective second respondent/workmen submitted that, during the pendency of these writ petitions, the matter was amicably settled between the parties and the respective second respondent/workmen agreed to receive a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) as full quit from the petitioner/management. 2/4

3. Recording the above submissions, these writ petitions are closed and the impugned orders passed by the first respondent in I.D.Nos.461 and 463 of 2010, dated 23.08.2016 are set aside. No costs.
