The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I at Alandur, in Crl.M.P.No.1880 of 2024 on 20.01.2025

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, finding that there is a prima facie case against the accused, directed the third respondent herein to conduct the preliminary enquiry within a month and further directed to register FIR if such inquiry disclosed the commission of cognizable offences or otherwise to file a report regarding the same. However, despite the issuance of a direction by the trial Court on 20.01.2025, the Investigating Officer has not filed the report till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 2/4

respondents, on instructions, submitted that the Report is ready and will be filed before the Court concerned on the next hearing date. 5.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. The respondents Police shall ensure that the orders of the Court are duly complied with.
