This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining the FIR in Crime.No.399 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Attaiyampatti Police Station, Salem District and quash the same.

2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed by the respondent police and the case has ended in acquittal by judgment dated 18.02.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Salem.
