ORDER

It is informed that the order dated 04.09.2023 in W.P.No.21506 of 2023 passed by this Court was appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.3274 of 2023 and the respondent had secured Interim Stay of the aforesaid Order dated 04.09.2023.

2. The affidavit filed by the respondent further indicates that the respondent was not the Officer when the alleged contempt took place. It is submitted that the Officer who was holding the portfolio was Mr.B.Lokanatha Reddy, IRS as on that date.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court subject to the final outcome of the order to be passed in W.A.No.3274 of 2023.
