This miscellaneous petition has been filed to direct the respondents to extend the interim bail, which was granted to the detenu viz., S.A.Basha S/o. Abduhul Rehman, Convict No.3244 detained at Central Prison vide order dated 12.07.2024 in W.P.No.30464 of 2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the application seeking premature release of the prisoner is under consideration of the Government.

Thus, we are inclined to extend the interim bail for further period of three months on the same conditions imposed in W.M.P.No.27591 of 2023. Accordingly, this petition is allowed by granting interim bail for a period of three months from 19.10.2024 to 19.01.2025.
