Advocate COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.09.2019 and further direct the second respondent to return the petitioners' vehicles viz., "Ashok Leyland" Tipper Lorries bearing Registration No. TN 38 AP 6458 and TN 28 AL 1030, the present writ petitions are filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that already cases have been registered in Crime Nos.190 of 2019 and 191 of 2019. Thus, the common order passed by us in W.P.(MD) Nos.19936 of 2017, 7595 and 21485 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018 followed by the subsequent order in Review Applications Writ (MD) Nos.80 to 82 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 would govern this case.

3.In such view of the matter, these writ petitions stand closed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum. No costs.
