ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupur to dispose of O.S.No.473 of 2018 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration that the decree and judgment dated 26.04.2017 passed in O.S.No.102 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupur is null and void and for consequential other reliefs.

4. The perusal of the docket e-court entry filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the issues were framed in the suit as early as on 21.06.2022 and thereafter, the suit has been adjourned from time to time, without any substantial progress.

5. Having regard to the year of filing of the suit, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the learned learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.473 of 2018 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
