] This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 4 to 14 in the above writ petition.

2.This Court is convinced that the proposed parties are tenants who are occupying the buildings, which according to the petitioner are unauthorized. Having regard to the prayer in the writ petition, they are also necessary and proper parties.

3.Hence, this petition is ordered.
