Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional, Mahila Court, Villupuram. Hence, he submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
