The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.986 of 2023 in C.C.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai dated 21.09.2023.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and he also submitted that he has also sent a letter to the Registry to that effect. Further, he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle.
