ORDER

This Crl.O.P. is filed praying to call for the records pending on the file of the first respondent-Police, namely the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Vaniyambodi, Vellore District in Crime No.7 of 2023 and quash the criminal proceeding.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation is already over and charge-sheet was filed on 31.07.2024 in e.filing No.LTN20220002546C2024/00029.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
