The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.09.2023 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of IPC on the file of the respondent Police in Crime No.405 of 2022, seeks bail. 2.It had been stated that the petitioner was arrested more than one year after registration of the First Information Report. 3.It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused were preparing to commit dacoity. It is also stated that A2 and A3 have been granted arrested and later enlarged on bail.
