The petitioner seeks bail in SC.No.312 of 2021 wherein as against the petitioner Non-bailable Warrant was issued on 14.12.2022 and executed on 23.06.2023.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had been in custody for considerable period of time. Even though bail had been granted earlier, since he had absconded, NBW came to be issued and the matter is now posted for hearing on 09.11.2023.

3. In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Let the examination of the defacto complainant be completed. The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition after examination of the defacto complainant.
