This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.21629 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 to report before the learned Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai on the first working day of December 2022 and January 2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Judge.
