This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21128 of 2023, by an order dated 3.10.2023, to be released on bail on executing a bond for sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties , each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
