ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the sections and file a charge sheet against the concern accused persons as per according to law in Crime No.222/2016 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that further action in this case was dropped on 17.12.2017 itself, as such the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
