ORDER

Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No. 01 of 2021, the 1st petitioner/wife preferred this 1/4

Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for petitioners would submit that the 1st petitioner wife has no source of income, but the trial court failed to take note of the same. He had produced the Salary certificate, which was perused. On perusal of the same, it reveals the fact that the respondent received total salary comes around Rs.90,000/-. Therefore, the order passed by the trial judge is modified. The respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- to the 1st petitioner and a sum of Rs.15,000/-, totally a sum of Rs.27,000/- is ordered to be paid to them from the date of petition. Furthermore, there is an arrears of maintenance, the same is ordered to be paid by the respondent within three months based upon the calculation submitted by the petitioner's counsel. If the respondent failed to comply the order, liberty is granted to the 1st petitioner to attach the salary of respondent as per manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
