This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the non production of certified copy of the order passed in E.P.No.18 of 2025 in O.S.No.224 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Munsif Court, Kallakurichi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the original certified copy of the order in E.P.No.18 of 2025 in O.S.No.224 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Munsif Court, Kallakurichi.
