2. This Court, by order dated 12.03.2020, had directed for stay of blacklisting of the plaintiff alone, pursuant to the communication No.MEE/F3/180016/MM from the 1st Defendant dated 21.09.2019.

3. However, an error is crept in drafting the decree. The decree shall therefore read as follows:

''That the operation of the communication No.MEE/F3/180016/MM dated 21.09.2019 of the 1st repondent herein insofar as blacklisting the plaintiff alone is stayed till the disposal of the suit.''

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the counsel for the parties.
