This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.7(iv) in Crl.A.No.350 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court by appearing before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. till date without fail. He would submit that the petitioner is working in a Private Company and due to the condition imposed, he is unable to attend the work.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly from 01.05.2023 to 30.10.2023. He further submits that in this case, investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for SC/ST Act, Tiruppur.

4.Considering the submissions made and in view of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition diligently, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. is hereby relaxed.
