This application has been filed for grant of an order of interim injunction, restraining the first respondent / first defendant from disposing the materials of Coal Conveyor System described in e-auction Tender No.MEE / F3 / T / e96 / 18 / MM, morefully described in the schedule.

2. It is represented by the learned counsels for the applicant and the first respondent that the auction will be held in the afternoon today, as per the tender notification.

Considering the nature of prayer sought for in the suit and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered opinion that the applicant is not entitled for an order of injunction in this case.
