2. These applications have been filed by the applicant for extending the period for completing the arbitration proceedings for passing an Award by the learned Arbitrator appointed pursuant to the order dated 09.07.2019 of this Court in O.P.Nos.273 and 274 of 2019.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications for extending the period for completing the arbitration proceedings are allowed.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, to complete the arbitration proceedings, to pass an Award is extended by another six months from today i.e., from 17.10.2023.
