A.No.3536 & 3537 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm. Div.) No.118 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, A.No.3536 is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the Written Statement filed by the 9th defendant and take on record the Written Statement and A.No.3537 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the Written Statement filed by the 13th defendant and take on record the Written Statement.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has vehemently contested the said applications.

3. However, Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these condone delay applications, this Court is inclined to allow the above applications. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the Written Statements are taken on file.
