This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20835 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023, passed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20835 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the second and fourth Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
