Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay of Judgement and decree dt.14/06/2017 passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge Tiruppur in OS.No.305/2008 pending AS No.701 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.MOULI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.UMAPATHI, Advocate for the 3 & 4 Respondents and of MR.C.V.VEERARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 17 Respondents the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, on 22.12.2017, this Court passed the following order :- "Challenging the preliminary decree passed in O.S.No.305/2008 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, the 7th defendant has filed the above appeal. Hence, passing of final decree alone is stayed and it is made clear that other proceedings may go on. Notice."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
