C.M.P.No.19909 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.127100 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1422 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice was served to the first respondent, none appears before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection for the delay being condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner forfeits the interest for the delay period of 1422 days.

4.In view of the same, the delay of 1422 days is condoned and the petitioner shall not be entitled to interest for the delay period of 1422 days.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
