This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 13.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22675 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
