(through video conference) Heard Mr.Percivuld Pericles, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.T.R.Sundaram, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and Mr.K.Muthukumarasamy, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to sanction the revised pension on actual salary to the Petitioner based on his representation dated 02.03.2018, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent submits that the application dated 02.03.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by Order No. TN/WP/ 32081/2019/LC/2020 dated 29.07.2020 issued by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, Regional Office, Chennai - I. He has also produced a copy of the same, which is placed on record.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. However, it would not preclude the right of the Petitioner to challenge that order disposing his representation, if he still has any grievance, before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
