Crl.M.P.No.984 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.107 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] The earlier application seeking for suspension of sentence was recently rejected on 05.10.2023 by placing reliance on the evidence of P.W.1 to P.W.3 and observing that there were no contradictions in their evidences. As such, revisiting the order of this Court within a short span of time may not be feasible.

Hence, the Crl.M.P.No.984 of 2024 stands dismissed.
