(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) Since the petition has been filed within 90 days from date of death and there is no dispute regarding the status of the proposed parties as legal representatives of the deceased appellant, this petition is ordered. The second appellant and the seventh respondent are declared as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant, the respondents 8 and 9 are impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and they arrayed as respondents 8 and 9 in the Appeal.

2. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. The learned counsel for the appellant will take steps to serve notice on the newly added parties in the Appeal returnable by 03.06.2024.
