This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in Spl.C.No.13 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act Cases, Villupuram until pending disposal of Crl.O.P.No.3388 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that now the case is posted for trial, hence personal appearance of the petitioner in this case is necessary and raised his objection for allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the fact that the petitioner is aged about 54 years and she is working as a Headmaster in the school, this Court is inclined to allow this petition with a condition that she shall appear before the Trial Court as and when requires for interrogation without fail.
