Crl.M.P.No.15394 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20213 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20213 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024, by this Court to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20213 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.
