ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition is to a suspension order dated 28.11.2017, wherein, an enquiry into grave charges was contemplated against the petitioner herein.

3. Pending the writ petition, the enquiry came to be conducted and the petitioner was imposed with the punishment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissal from services on 05.09.2018. The petitioner states that he has challenged the order of punishment in a writ petition in W.P.No.26903 of 2018 before this Court and the same is pending. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had received the suspension allowance from the date of suspension till the date of dismissal.

4. In view of the punishment order passed, no effective order can be passed in the present writ petition, challenging the suspension order. In case, the petitioner seeks for any incidental relief for the suspension, for which he can be entitled, it is open to him to seek for the same before the Writ Court, wherein, he had challenged the order of dismissal in W.P.No.26903 of 2018.

4. With the above liberty, the present writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
