2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that this petitioner has previous cases of a similar nature, indulging one for transporting 2 tons of PDS rice.

3. Considering the nature of the crime and the stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
