This Arbitration Application is being disposed as the purpose for which this application was filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2023 has been fulfilled/achieved.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Report together with a Memo for Additional Remuneration both dated 09.01.2024. Same are taken on record.

3. Considering the nature of work carried out by the Advocate Commissioner and being satisfied with the reasons given in the Memo for Additional Remuneration, Court is inclined to order Additional Remuneration of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to ensure the

Additional Remuneration is paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall return the warrant to the Registry.

5. It is made clear that the seized vehicle shall not be disposed or alienated without permission of the learned arbitrator or the jurisdictional Execution Court.

6. The applicant is directed to move appropriate application under Sections 16 and 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to enforce the Award dated 17.08.2023 within a period of three months from today, failing which, seized vehicle shall be returned back to the respondent.

7. With the above observations, this Arbitration Application

stands disposed of.
