O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7880 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.N.15082 of 2021 dated 22.04.2025.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 02.09.2025, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners has produced the Case Diary file before this Court and this Court perused the CD file with regard to the substantial investigation carried out by the petitioners to trace the missing woman.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have traced the whereabouts of the missing woman, who is now in USA and that the petitioners require some more time to continue the investigation.

Considering the nature of the investigation already carried out by the petitioners, this Court directs the Investigation Officer to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible, in the manner known to law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
