Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent University to publish the first semester results for the students for the academic year 2024-2025 in the list annexed herewith and consequently direct the respondent University to permit the students to write the first semester arrear examination if necessary and the second semester examination to commence on 23rd August 2025 and consequently send them for teaching practice immediately thereafter and accordingly direct the respondents to open the portal to admit the students for the academic year 2025-2026.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent University to publish the first semester results for the students for the academic year 2024-2025 in the list annexed herewith and consequently direct the respondent University to permit the students to 2/6
write the first semester arrear examination if necessary and the second semester examination to commence on 23rd August 2025 and consequently send them for teaching practice immediately thereafter and accordingly direct the respondents to open the portal to admit the students for the academic year 2025-2026.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.
This Court passed orders in WP.Nos.37866 of 2024 and 24576 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, thereby setting aside the order of withdrawal of affiliation of the petitioner and remanded back the matter to the respondents for fresh consideration in accordance with law. Even then, the respondents so far did not pass any order as directed this Court by conducting re-inspection of the petitioner's college. However, this Court did not stipulate time for conducting inspection and passing orders. 4.
In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct inspection on the petitioner's college and pass orders within a 3/6
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on payment of requisite inspection fees.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
