PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order in Ref.No.Na.Ka.9648/2016/Aa1 dated 05.01.2017 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents either to re-classify the Thangal land in Survey Nos.165B/3 and 165/C or to provide alternative site to the petitioners' land in Rathinamangalam village so as to enable the petitioner to lead the normal life, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2017, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioners : Mr.I.Siddiq for M/s.Dass and Viswa Associates. For Respondents : Mr.A.Selvendran, Special Government Pleader.
