JUDGMENT

Despite the order dated 04.04.2024 granting adjournment to today with an observation that the suit shall be proceeded with further, without any adjournment and failing which, the suit will be dismissed for non-prosecution, today also, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks short accommodation. I am not inclined to grant any further adjournment. Hence, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
